Position Overview
The Senior/Zonal Regional Coordinator is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing zonal operations, driving growth, managing profitability, and leading a team of Jaza Stars across multiple regions within a designated zone. This individual will serve as the regional business owner within the Execution function, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and stakeholder engagement aligned with Jaza’s mission and objectives.
Roles And Responsibilities
The Senior Regional Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Regional Growth & Profitability
- Develop and execute quarterly and monthly regional plans to achieve a target of 130 active customers per site(hub/shop), ≥$455/Site monthly recurring revenue, and ARPU > $2.8.
- Manage regional profit and loss, optimize costs, and implement innovative growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Operations & Inventory Management
- Ensure excellent execution of inventory management SOPs, maintaining missing packs and lost packs at less than 2/site and 0/site, respectively.
- Oversee inventory overstock management and timely resolution of service interruptions at hub level.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve technical issues, ensuring maximum hub uptime of 99.9%.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach regional teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings to reinforce behaviours aligned with Jaza’s values.
- Lead by example, embodying Jaza behaviours and ensuring SOPs compliance.
- Customer & Community Engagement
- Manage customer service experience, resolve charging issues, and address complaints promptly.
- Build and sustain relationships with local government officials and community leaders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Reporting & Planning
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering progress, growth, competitor analysis, and operational metrics.
- Lead weekly planning sessions, set priorities, and address operational gaps.
- Attend regional and Country Execution meetings, providing insights and updates on regional performance.
- Legal & Administrative Support
- Maintain government relations at the regional level

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in regional operations, preferably within energy, or retail-based service sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, driving growth, and optimizing operations.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in diverse environments and travel across regions as needed.
