International Workplace Group plc (formerly known as IWG plc) is a publicly listed multinational company that specialises in flexible-workspace solutions providing coworking spaces, serviced offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms globally.

Founded in 1989 (initially as Regus in Brussels by entrepreneur Mark Dixon), the company has grown to operate thousands of workspace locations in over 120 countries under multiple brands (such as Regus, Spaces, Signature by Regus, No18, HQ and others).

Its headquarters is in Zug, Switzerland, and it is registered in Saint Helier, Jersey, with shares listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker “IWG”.
