The Delegation of the European Union to the United Republic of Tanzania and the East African Community, based in Dar es Salaam, is the EU’s diplomatic mission in Tanzania and regional liaison office to the EAC. Operating under the European External Action Service (EEAS), it serves much like an embassy, fostering political, economic, and development partnerships between the EU, Tanzania, and the broader East African Community.
