Hand in Hand Eastern Africa (HiH EA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to alleviating poverty through the creation of sustainable enterprises and jobs. Established in 2010 and registered in Kenya, HiH EA operates in 33 out of Kenya’s 47 counties, with 25 active field offices.

As a member of the Hand in Hand Global Network, HiH EA focuses on the economic and social empowerment of marginalized communities. Their approach combines social mobilization and enterprise training to help individuals discover their entrepreneurial potential, thereby improving incomes and promoting food security.
