Ciheb Tanzania, officially known as the Center for International Health, Education, and Biosecurity Tanzania, is a locally registered, not-for-profit organization that evolved from the University of Maryland Baltimore’s (UMB) programs in Tanzania. Building on over 18 years of UMB’s experience in the country, Ciheb Tanzania has inherited extensive expertise in implementing health programs, particularly in HIV and tuberculosis (TB) care.
